Cain and Abel

Cain and Abel, the biblical narrative where the extremes of the simple human emotion can drive you, is one of the main subjects represented by the artist. Cain and Abel are tasked by God to manage the fields in exchange for periodic sacrifices. Cain was asked to manage the agricultural fields and Abel the livestock. Cain, blinded by jealousy for the better task that the brother has, killed him cold blooded. The works of the artist focus towards the two fights, the internal struggle of Cain willingly to kill his brother and the external combat between the two. The objective of the artist is to reflect about the confrontation between good and evil, the statues always represent the brothers engaged into battle, never the outcome.
